1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. In these terms and conditions the following word have the meanings set out as follows:
   referee – the person being referred a job
   referrer – the person sending their friend a job of interest
3. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
5. To redeem the $150 of Westfield vouchers 'refer a friend' prize:
   • referee must notify heraldjobs@apn.co.nz within one month of being appointed
   • role must have been listed on heraldjobs.co.nz and recommended by the referrer
   • employing company must be a registered New Zealand company
6. The Westfield vouchers are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.
7. The referee will be notified by email.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of comparable type, quality and value.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion at any stage.
10. Entry into this promotion implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
11. Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. The prizes will only be delivered in New Zealand and the referee should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery.
